What is the minimum hair length for your hair services?To be serviced, your hair must be at least 4" all over (about the length of your middle finger). All clients are expected to arrive to their appointment(s) with their hair BRAID READY: thoroughly shampooed, completely blown out and product free - NO GREASE, OILS, GEL, EDGE CONTROL, etc.* A SMALL TOOTH COMB MUST BE ABLE TO GO THROUGH YOUR HAIR EFFORTLESSLY FROM ROOTS TO ENDS. Hair that is not prepared is subject to have a Blow Out Fee added to their service. Unclean, matted/tangled hair will be denied services and a Cancellation Fee will be applied.

What is the policy on unprepared hair?Please understand that arriving to your appointment with unprepared hair will delay your service 30-60 minutes. This will delay my day, as well as appointments that may come after yours. If I have to delay someone else’s service, I’m affecting their time and their day.

What is the cancellation policy?You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your total service price (including the paid deposit) for late cancellations. ACCOMMODATIONS CAN BE MADE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.

What is the no show policy?You will be charged 100% of your service cost if you fail to fulfill your scheduled appointment. Your nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit will also be forfeited.

Am I able to bring an extra guest?ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS UNLESS SERVICES ARE BEING RECEIVED. One-on-one services are provided. One parent/guardian (an adult only) may accompany a child with a scheduled appointment (FIRST APPOINTMENT ONLY). Otherwise, they may be dropped off.

What is your availability?Appointments are available weekly only every Sunday at 12 noon. Grey dates are either booked, unavailable or the duration of the service exceeds the available time slot for the current week. NO, I AM NOT BOOKED FOR THE YEAR. Sunday - Closed Monday - Friday - 8 am - 4pm Saturday - Closed VIP, After Hour and Saturday appointments may be booked for an additional fee along with the initial service cost. Please understand, this does not guarantee you will receive an appointment. It is strictly based upon my personal availability. You must contact Kourt's Klassy Kreations directly when inquiring about VIP, After Hour and Saturday services.

What is the minimum age for your services?If you're a Klassy Kutie that means you're a Big Kid now and Big Kids have expectations! Kid services start at ages 4 and up only (NO EXCEPTIONS). A child's appointment may be cancelled at any time during the service without completing and loss of deposit if the child cannot sit and behave properly during the entire duration of the service. No future appointments may be booked afterwards.

What do I need to know about the appointment?ONE parent may sit with a child during their FIRST APPOINTMENT ONLY. After the child's first appointment, they will need to dropped off to future services. You may return once confirmation is received that the service is over (20-30 minutes before). Please book your child's appointment according to THEIR ability to sit for the entire duration of the service. Please understand that if your child's hair isn't completely blown out (a small tooth comb is able to go through from root to ends effortlessly) an additional Blow Out Fee will be added to the service (see Appointment Instructions and Hair Preparation). All above policies are set in place an effective for ALL KID CLIENTS to ensure the best experience with Kourt's Klassy Kreations.

What is the policy regarding deposits + remaining balances?Each appointment requires an automatic nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit via PayPal which is applied to the balance at the time of your service. REMAINING BALANCES ARE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMS ONLY: Exact Cash (preferred/I will not have change) | PayPal | Zelle

What is the policy regarding a late fee?In order to provide each client with the highest level of service, it is mandatory that you arrive on time. An additional $10 will be charged to the original cost of your service if you are 5-10 minutes late. Exceeding this time frame will result in a cancelled appointment with loss of deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.

Am I required to wear a mask during the appointment?`ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THEIR SERVICE. YOUR MASK SHOULD BE COVERING YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE AT ALL TIMES.

What is your return/refund policy?Kourt's Klassy Kreations does not provide refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
